Your tasks:

• Operational communication and organisation
• Offer preparation and order processing with CRM system
• Coordination of order processing
• Preparatory tasks for accounting
• Individual and telephone customer support and advice are also part of your duties, as well as the presentation of alternative solutions in accordance with customer requirements

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Good commercial understanding and interest in technical content
• Distinct problem-solving ability as well as assertiveness and implementation skills
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and flexibility
• Previous experience in the field of export and customs clearance (advantageous)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and good written and spoken English
